Pork Loin With Hoisin

  1. Cut the pork into 1/4" slices.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili paste, garlic, ginger and green onion.
  3. Add pork and toss in the marinade.
  4. Refrigerate for a few hours.
  5. Heat a large non stick skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook pork with the marinade for 7 -10 minutes, turning occasionally.
