Dressed Pasta, Peas and Ham

  1. Bring four cups of water to a boil.
  2. When water boils, add 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  3. Add pasta and cook for two minutes less than indicated on package.
  4. While pasta is cooking, whisk together lemon juice, vinegar, pepper, extra virgin olive oil and 1 Tablespoon of the parmesan cheese.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Add peas and ham to pasta and continue cooking for two minutes.
  7. Drain well and turn into a bowl.
  8. Add olive oil dressing and mix well.
  9. Add salt and additional pepper, to taste.
  10. Top with remaining parmesan cheese.
  11. Serve with a thick slice of garlic bread.
