Brekky Eggs 4-1
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Splash of milk
- 1/2 small tomato, chopped
- 1/3 small brown onion, finely diced
- 1 Rasher bacon, diced
- 1 Some chopped parsley
- 1 Sea salt flakes & cracked black pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 180*C.
- Fry bacon and onion until onion is soft and throw in a bowl with tomato, parsley and cheese.
- Mix and set aside.
- !
- Grab a single serve ceramican, crack a couple of eggs, splash of milk and some seasoning.
- Whisk with a fork until milk and eggs are one.
- Sprinkle over your bacon mix and bake for around 8 to 10 minutes until eggs have risen and golden brown on top.
- You can use a a skewer to test if you need to, stab eggs and if it comes out clean- you are ready to mung down.
- Serve with some pork snags and toast.
