Brekky Eggs 4-1

  1. Preheat oven to 180*C.
  2. Fry bacon and onion until onion is soft and throw in a bowl with tomato, parsley and cheese.
  3. Mix and set aside.
  4. !
  5. Grab a single serve ceramican, crack a couple of eggs, splash of milk and some seasoning.
  6. Whisk with a fork until milk and eggs are one.
  7. Sprinkle over your bacon mix and bake for around 8 to 10 minutes until eggs have risen and golden brown on top.
  8. You can use a a skewer to test if you need to, stab eggs and if it comes out clean- you are ready to mung down.
  9. Serve with some pork snags and toast.
  10. Very easy, yum!
