Dried Beef And Cheese Spread Recipe

• 16 ounce. creamed cheese
• 1 c. lowfat sour cream
• 4 tbsp. lowfat milk
• 1/2 c. minced green pepper
• 2 pkg. minced dry beef
• 4 teaspoon onion flakes
• 1 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1. Mix together the above ingredients.
2. Put in a casserole.
