Caramel Crispy Bars

  1. In large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Stir in corn syrup and vanilla; cook, stirring, for about 4 minutes or until mixture begins to thicken.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in cereal and chopped candy.
  5. Spread into lightly greased 13x9-inch cake pan.
  6. Cover and refrigeratefor about 1 hour or until firm.
  7. Cut into bars.
