After School Snack Muffins Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 400*.
  2. Place baking c. in muffin pan; set aside.
  3. IN a small bowl, combine cereal and water; set aside.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine flours, baking pwdr, cinnamon and salt.
  5. Add in remaining ingredients to cereal mix; mix well.
  6. Add in cereal mix to flour mix; stir just till dry ingredients are moistened.
  7. Spoon batter into bake c., filling 3/4 full.
  8. Bake 20-25 min.
  9. Serve hot.
  10. Makes 12 muffins.
