Taco Stuffed Shells

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Prepare pasta shells according to package directions.
  3. Brown ground beef (and onion, if desired).
  4. Drain fat.
  5. Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water and mix well.
  6. Cook off excess liquid.
  7. Add refried beans and mix well.
  8. Cook over low heat 3-5 minutes.
  9. Remove from heat.
  10. Rinse cooked pasta shells under cold water and drain excess water.
  11. Fill individual pasta shells with beef mixture and place into 8 inch square, or 9x13 inch pan.
  12. Shells should be completely stuffed with beef mixture.
  13. Spoon spaghetti sauce over individual shells, covering each shell completely.
  14. Sprinkle cheese over shells.
  15. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is completely melted.
  16. Serve with salad and/or garlic bread.
