Sweet Lollies

  1. For frying the potatoes: -make a small hole in the middle of each potatoes.
  2. -heat oil in pan and fry the potatoes in medium low heat for 10-15minutes (do not burn) occasionally stir the potatoes.
  3. -check if its cooked by piercing a bamboo skewer right in the middle.
  4. Make sure all the potatoes are cooked evenly.
  5. The sauce: -mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and add into the potatoes.
  6. Stir it well.
  7. Cook for another 5minutes (until the sauce dries up)
  8. Let it cool down a bit.
  9. Take the bamboo skewers and pierce each one into the baby potatoes and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  10. Serve hot or cold and enjoy ^^
