Sweet Lollies
- 200 grams baby potato (clean and scrubbed)
- 5 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/3 tbsp paprika or red chilli powder
- 1/3 tsp ground cinnamon
- 10 bamboo skewers
- For frying the potatoes: -make a small hole in the middle of each potatoes.
- -heat oil in pan and fry the potatoes in medium low heat for 10-15minutes (do not burn) occasionally stir the potatoes.
- -check if its cooked by piercing a bamboo skewer right in the middle.
- Make sure all the potatoes are cooked evenly.
- The sauce: -mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and add into the potatoes.
- Stir it well.
- Cook for another 5minutes (until the sauce dries up)
- Let it cool down a bit.
- Take the bamboo skewers and pierce each one into the baby potatoes and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Serve hot or cold and enjoy ^^
