Ra-yu Spicy Chili Sesame Oil with Lots of Garlic

  1. Cut the onions into quarters, and slice thinly.
  2. Put in a heatproof container, and microwave without a cover for 10 minutes to evaporate the moisture.
  3. Slice the garlic thinly, and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes at 1000 W uncovered to evaporate the moisture.
  4. Stir fry the onions in plenty of vegetable oil until golden brown.
  5. Put the garlic and red chili peppers in another frying with oil, and put the heat on to low.
  6. Stir-fry until the garlic is light brown.
  7. Add the golden brown onion and the ingredients, and fry until the garlic and onion are crispy.
