PB & J Bread Pudding
- 8 slices multi-grain bread, crusts removed
- 1/4 cup Kraft Pure Strawberry Jam
- 1 pkg. (6-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Cooked Pudding and Pie Filling
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 cup Kraft All Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- Heat broiler.
- Spread 4 bread slices with jam; cover with remaining bread slices.
- Cut into 1-inch cubes.
- Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk in large microwaveable bowl 2 min.
- Microwave on HIGH 4 min.
- Whisk in peanut butter and eggs.
- Microwave 4 min., stirring after 2 min.
- Gently stir in bread cubes.
- Microwave 1 min.
- Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish; sprinkle with sugar.
- Broil, 6 inches from heat, 2 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
