Best Pumpkin Bread Everrr!(:
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup pureed pumpkin
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Preheat oven to 325 and grease a regular size loaf pan.
- Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar together, then beat in the egg until it's a little fluffy.
- Then beat in your pumpkin.
- Slowly blend the dry mixture into the wet.
- Pour mixture into loaf pan and bake for an hour.
- Or when a toothpick comes out clean.
- IMPORTANT: wait for your bread to cool before removing!
- The first one I made I couldn't wait for and it was so moist that it fell apart!
