Blender Coconut Custard Pie Recipe

  1. Blend at low speed for 3 min.
  2. Pour into empty 9 inch pie pan plate.
  3. Let stand for 5 min.
  4. Spread 1 c. coconut on top and bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
