5-Ingredient Lime Grilled Chicken
- 1 whole Lime, Sliced And Juiced
- 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cups Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cups Chopped Fresh Parsley, Or As Desired
- 2 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- Combine all of the ingredients except the chicken in a bowl, then add in your chicken breasts.
- Toss to coat both sides of the chicken, cover with a lid or plastic wrap and allow it to rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Coat your grill grates with cooking spray and heat to medium heat.
- Add the chicken to the hot grill and cook chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- Optional: Garnish with more fresh parsley and serve with lime slices.
