Asian Fresh Veggie Salad
- 1 each sweet red bell peppers seeded and sliced
- 1 each sweet yellow bell peppers seeded and sliced
- 1 each carrots sliced
- 1/2 cup napa (Chinese) cabbage sliced
- 1/2 cup celery sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro freshly chopped
- 1 clove garlic miinced, or more to taste
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra-virgin
- 1 x salt to taste
- 1 x lemon juice to taste
- Mix well every ingredient in a large serving bowl.
- Put the salad in the refrigerator at least 1 hour.
- Serve.
