Roasted Garlic-30 Minutes to Done

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Remove outside (flaky) skins from whole garlic bulb.
  3. Cut the top off from the bulb to expose all individual cloves.
  4. Place on a piece of foil which has been folded in half to make a double layer.
  5. Drizzle bulb with Olive Oil.
  6. Salt and pepper.
  7. Wrap the bulb tightly with the foil.
  8. Place in the oven for 30 minutes.
  9. Unwrap and allow to cool, if desired.
  10. Squeeze the garlic from the bulb and into whatever you want to be sweet, garlicky and delish.
  11. (Be careful, the garlic coming out will be hot).
