Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Clean mushrooms, remove stems
  2. Chop stems , onion , garlic and spinach.
  3. Saute with olive oil in pan, add spices, for a few minutes
  4. Place mushroom caps in a greased pan
  5. Turn off heat and mix in some cheese, saving some cheese to sprinkle on top.
  6. Spoon mixture evenly into the mushroom caps.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese , parsley and anything else.
  8. Place in a 350F preheated oven for 30 minutes
