Crunchy Chicken Fingers With Spicy Sauce

  1. Heat oil for frying.
  2. In bowl, combine corn flakes, bread crumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and cayenne; mix well.
  3. Whisk egg and milk together in separate bowl.
  4. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat well with corn flake mixture.
  5. Fry in hot oil and drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve immediately with spicy dipping sauce.
  7. To prepare sauce, combine remaining ingredients.
