Linguica Omelet Recipe
- Large eggs
- Cheese, shredded
- Linquica, minced fine
- Onions, minced fine
- Bell Peppers, minced fine
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vegetable or possibly extra virgin olive oil
- Place butter and oil in skillet, add in onion, pepper and linquica.
- Saute/fry over high heat for several min till lightly browned.
- Add in cheese.
- Beat Large eggs together lightly and pour over ingredients gathered together into center of skillet.
- Cut quickly in half and fold over.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve straoght away.
