Hash Brown Potato Casserole Recipe
- 2 pound bag frzn hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 2 cans potato soup
- 16 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. onions
- 1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 c. crushed potato chips
- Dash paprika
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine soup, lowfat sour cream, onions, salt, lowfat milk and pepper; stir till blended.
- Add in thawed hash brown potatoes; mix well.
- Turn mix into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
- Sprinkle with potato chips and grated cheese and paprika on top.
- Bake 1 1/2 hrs till brown on top.
- Serves 8-10 people.
