Hash Brown Potato Casserole Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine soup, lowfat sour cream, onions, salt, lowfat milk and pepper; stir till blended.
  3. Add in thawed hash brown potatoes; mix well.
  4. Turn mix into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
  5. Sprinkle with potato chips and grated cheese and paprika on top.
  6. Bake 1 1/2 hrs till brown on top.
  7. Serves 8-10 people.
