Salt-flavored Yakisoba Noodles with Yuzu Pepper Paste
- 1 tsp Yuzu pepper paste
- 1 clove Garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp worth or from a tube
- 1 tbsp plus Sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Cooking sake
- 1 pack Yakisoba noodles
- 1 as required Additional ingredients
- 1 tsp Sakura shrimp (optional)
- Heat the sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan.
- When the frying pan is hot, add vegetables, meat and stir fry.
- When everything is more or less cooked, add the yakisoba noodles and stir fry.
- If the noodles are not untangling, add a tablespoon of water to loosen the strands.
- Combine the yuzu pepper paste, salt and cooking sake.
- Add the mixture to the pan and stir-fry briskly.
- Transfer to a serving plate, top with the sakura shrimp and it's done.
