White Bean & Tomato Pasta Salad
- 4 cups medium pasta shells, uncooked
- 1 can (15.5 oz.) white beans, rinsed
- 2 cups mixed red and yellow grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Greek Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Feta Cheese with Garlic & Herb
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Rinse with cold water; drain.
- Place in large bowl.
- Add next 4 ingredients; mix lightly.
- Mix dressing, oregano and lemon juice.
- Add to salad; toss to coat.
- Add cheese; mix lightly.
