Stuffed Peppers
- 4 green peppers
- 1-1/2 lb. ground chuck (Beef/Turkey/Pork)
- 3 tbsp. minced onions
- 1-1/3 tbsp. Crisco oil
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 3/4 tsp. sage
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1-1/4 cup sm. tomatoes
- Cook ground chuck and onion in oil.
- Add salt, pepper, sage, cooked rice, and tomatoes.
- Cut the tops off the peppers and clean them out.
- Fill peppers and bake at 375F for 35-40 minutes.
