Maple-Peach Glazed Ham Steak

  1. Stir together the preserves, maple syrup, ancho powder and orange juice in a medium bowl.
  2. Heat grill to high.
  3. Grill the steaks for 4 to 5 minutes on both sides, keeping the grill covered to heat through.
  4. Baste with the glaze every few minutes.
  5. Slice and serve.
