Bacon Sausage Rolls
- 350g pork mince
- 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 5 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- salt and pepper
- 12 short bacon rashers Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- tomato chutney, to serve
- Combine pork mince, Philly*, spring onions, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt and pepper until mixed.
- Place two tablespoons of mixture in the centre of each bacon rasher.
- Roll and secure with toothpicks.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180C or until filling is cooked through.
- Serve with tomato chutney.
