Bacon Sausage Rolls

  1. Combine pork mince, Philly*, spring onions, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt and pepper until mixed.
  2. Place two tablespoons of mixture in the centre of each bacon rasher.
  3. Roll and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180C or until filling is cooked through.
  5. Serve with tomato chutney.
