Lemon Dijon Turkey Burger Patties
- 12 lb extra lean ground turkey breast
- 12 crackers, crushed to crumbs (Back to Nature Rounds)
- 14 cup onion, finely chopped
- 14 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1 large egg white, beaten
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Beat the egg white in a medium bowl.
- Add all ingredients and mix well.
- Form into patties and chill 30-45 minutes.
- Preheat a lightly oiled nonstick 3qt saute pan to medium heat.
- Cook patties on medium heat about 3-5 minutes each side, until lightly browned and cooked through.
