Molded Waldorf Salad Recipe

  1. Add in boiling water to gelatin and stir till gelatin is dissolved.
  2. Add in ginger ale and refrigeratetill slightly congealed.
  3. Put walnuts into blender container.
  4. Cover and process 2 cycles at chop.
  5. Empty container and put apple and celery into blender container.
  6. Cover with cool water and process 2 cycles at mix.
  7. Pour into colander and drain.
  8. Fold nuts, celery and apples into slightly congealed gelatin mix.
  9. Pour into a lightly oiled 6 1/2 c. mold.
  10. Refrigeratetill hard.
  11. Unmold and garnish with lettuce leaves and fresh fruit.
  12. 8 servings.
