Molded Waldorf Salad Recipe
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 Packages (3 ounce. each) raspberry flavored gelatin
- 1 1/2 c. ginger ale
- 1 lg. apple, cut in pcs
- 1 stalk celery
- 1/4 c. walnuts
- Add in boiling water to gelatin and stir till gelatin is dissolved.
- Add in ginger ale and refrigeratetill slightly congealed.
- Put walnuts into blender container.
- Cover and process 2 cycles at chop.
- Empty container and put apple and celery into blender container.
- Cover with cool water and process 2 cycles at mix.
- Pour into colander and drain.
- Fold nuts, celery and apples into slightly congealed gelatin mix.
- Pour into a lightly oiled 6 1/2 c. mold.
- Refrigeratetill hard.
- Unmold and garnish with lettuce leaves and fresh fruit.
- 8 servings.
