Fraises Glacees Chantilly (Strawberries W/Raspberry Puree)

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries.
  2. Place in a nice serving bowl and stand the bowl in crushed ice.
  3. Put the raspberries in food processor and puree.
  4. Pour through a fine sieve or mesh strainer into another bowl and stir in the confectioner's sugar.
  5. Pour the raspberry puree over the strawberries and gently toss to coat.
  6. Pour the whipping cream into a chilled bowl.
  7. Add the sugar and the Chambord and beat until soft peaks form.
  8. Just before serving, pile the Chantilly Creme over the strawberries.
  9. Garnish with crushed macaroons and enjoy!
