Lo Cal Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe
- 1 c. 99% fat free cottage cheese
- 3 tbsp. skim lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 ounce. Blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbsp. finely minced green onion
- Put first 3 ingredients in blender.
- Cover and blend 20 seconds on low speed.
- Scrape sides, blend 20 seconds on medium speed till creamy.
- Put in small jar.
- Mix in cheese and onions.
- Keeps one week in refrigerator.
- Diet serving: 1 Tbsp.
- = 18 calories.
- Makes 1 c..
