Mary's Green Tomato Relish

• 1 gallon green tomato, chopped
• 6 large onions, chopped
• 6 large green peppers, chopped
• 1 quart vinegar
• 1 quart sugar
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• 1 tablespoon pepper
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1 teaspoon clove (tied in cheesecloth)
• 14 teaspoon turmeric

1. Mix all ingredients together and boil hard for 15-20 minute Remove cloves.
2. Place mixture in sterile jars and process in water bath canner for 10-15 minutes based on altitude.
