Chicken Bruschetta

  1. In a medium sized bowl combine all ingredients (except the bread) and mix well with a fork, breaking up chicken.
  2. Slice French bread into 1/2 inch thick slices.
  3. Place slices on a cookie sheet lined with foil.
  4. Top each slice with 2 tablespoons of chicken mixture.
  5. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes.
  6. This makes enough to top 18 slices of baguette bread.
  7. Enjoy!
