Chicken Bruschetta
- 1 whole Can Of Canned Chicken, 16 Ounce
- 3 Tablespoons Capers
- 1/2 pieces White Onion, Minced Fine
- 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
- 3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 13 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 18 teaspoons Pepper
- 18 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 1 loaf Baguette French Bread
- In a medium sized bowl combine all ingredients (except the bread) and mix well with a fork, breaking up chicken.
- Slice French bread into 1/2 inch thick slices.
- Place slices on a cookie sheet lined with foil.
- Top each slice with 2 tablespoons of chicken mixture.
- Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes.
- This makes enough to top 18 slices of baguette bread.
