Juicy amazing tilapia
- 2 thawed tilapia fillet
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 white onion slivered
- 1/3 each variety colors bell peppers slivered
- 8 slice yellow squash
- 1 couple green beans or other veggie
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp evoo
- 1 parchment paper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp evoo
- 1 pepper,salt, Paprika,basil, garlic powder, old bay, seasoned salt
- preheat oven 400f
- get about a foot of parchment paper fold in half
- put about eight sliced of squash in single layer of 4 in two rows
- top with peppers and onion then green beans or other veg.top that with peeled garlic cloves..salt to of veggies
- sprinkle with evoo
- place tilapia on top to cover side by side
- sprinkle generously with seasonings then place lemon slices on top (about 3 slices)
- sprinkle with remaining olive oil
- put a pad of butter abt a tbsp on top of middle lemon
- fold parchment paper and fold the sides.there are YouTube videos to show how to fold it
- I start by folding the paper over it like a book taking the bottom corner near the crease and continuing that fold in little bits until it looks like a half pie..bake for 20 minutes
- fish will fall right apart n be so juicy n yummy
- salt n pepper top before serving
- I served with a side of Brown rice and seasoned collard greens..we all ended up having a slice of buttered while wheat bread to:p
- u can make as many as u want I made three single packets and u can serve in the packet.when they open up their own little meal present they will be punched in the nose with amazing smells
