Fruit Pies
- Apples:
- 6 c fruit
- 1/2 to 3/4 c sugar
- 1 T flour
- Mix ingredients for filling.
- Pour into a pastry-lined 9 inch pie plate.
- Cut slits in top crust.
- Seal edges.
- Sprinkle with sugar.
- Cover edge with foil.
- Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil.
- Bkaae for 20 to 25 minutes more.
- (Bake 50 to 60 minutes total.)
