Fruit Pies

  1. Mix ingredients for filling.
  2. Pour into a pastry-lined 9 inch pie plate.
  3. Cut slits in top crust.
  4. Seal edges.
  5. Sprinkle with sugar.
  6. Cover edge with foil.
  7. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove foil.
  9. Bkaae for 20 to 25 minutes more.
  10. (Bake 50 to 60 minutes total.)
