Italian Chicken With Tomatoes and Mushrooms
- olive oil
- 4 boneless chicken breasts or 4 boneless chicken thighs
- 14 12 ounces diced tomatoes (canned)
- 7 ounces mushrooms (canned,drained)
- 1 small chopped onion
- grated parmesan cheese (powder kind)
- italian seasoning
- garlic salt
- pepper
- shredded parmesan cheese
- Saute chicken in skillet with olive oil until browned on both sides, seasoning with garlic salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
- Top with tomatoes, mushrooms, onions and grated parmesan cheese.
- Cook on low heat for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Top with shredded parmesan cheese and serve.
