Taco Dip

  1. Heat a saute pan with no oil.
  2. Add ground beef.
  3. Season with dried spices, salt, and pepper.
  4. When beef is browned, add chipotle salsa.
  5. Cook 1 minute.
  6. Strain any excess fat.
  7. Spread refried beans across the bottom of a casserole dish.
  8. Top with cooked ground beef.
  9. Spread diced green chiles and peach-mango salsa.
  10. Top with cheese.
  11. Bake at 425 for approximately 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  12. Alternatively, do not bake.
  13. Spread red onions, avocado, black beans, jalapeno, and diced tomatoes across the top.
  14.
