Wendy's Chili Copycat Recipe
- 2 lb ground beef
- 29 oz tomato sauce
- 29 oz kidney beans
- 29 oz pinto beans
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 can green chiles
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 can diced tomatoes
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- Brown beef in skillet and drain off fat.
- Ground turkey can be substituted for the beef.
- Crumble beef into pieces
- In crock pot, combine beef and remaining ingredients.
- Depending on how much liquid you want in the chili, drain the liquid in the cans.
- Cook on low heat for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
