Ground turkey Italian veggie pasta
- 1 lb Ground turkey
- 2 clove garlic - minced
- 1/3 box your choice of pasta
- 1 packages frozen Italian mix veggies
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- Heat olive oil over medium high heat.
- Add ground turkey to brown.
- Also add garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper.
- Drain turkey if necessary.
- I let it cook enough that it reduced to almost nothing.
- Used it as added flavor.
- Cook pasta as directed on box, and drain.
- Return to pot.
- Cook veggies as directed on package.
- If they require adding water to cook, drain once cooked.
- Once all items have been cooked add them to pot with drained pasta.
- Add milk and shredded cheese.
- Add additional seasoning as needed.
- Stir until cheese melts and milk incorporates.
- Serve.
