Seasoned Pork Sandwiches
- 1 boneless pork loin roast (2-3 lbs)
- 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning mix
- 14 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 cup Italian salad dressing
- 14 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 8 sandwich buns, split
- Cut roast in half; place in 5qt slow cooker.
- Sprinkle with fajita seasoning and garlic powder.
- Pour salad dressing and Worcestershire over meat.
- Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours or until tender.
- Remove roast; shred meat with two forks.
- Return to cooking juices and heat through.
- Using slotted spoon serve on split rolls.
