Ham Loaf With Zippy Sauce Recipe

• 1 1/2 pound cured ham, grnd
• 1/2 pound grnd pork
• 1 egg
• 1 c. lowfat milk
• 1 c. bread or possibly crackers

1. Mix loaf ingredients well and refrigeratetill hard.
2. Brown lightly in warm fat on all sides and place in pan with 1/2 c. water.
3. Mix topping and pour over top.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
5. Mix Zippy Sauce and serve with ham loaf!
