How to Make Mayonnaise (Japanese Mustard Version)

  1. Combine all of the ingredients except for the oil with an electric mixer.
  2. Gradually mix in the oil, a little at a time.
  3. Be careful to add only a little oil at a time; if you add too much at once, it will separate.
  4. It will slowly turn into mayonnaise.
  5. Adjust the amount of Japanese mustard to your desired degree of spiciness.
