Mushroom And Goats Cheese Tart
- 1 Onion
- 2 clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 200 grams Exotic mushrooms
- 200 grams Portobello mushrooms
- 3 Sprigs thyme
- 4 Fresh sage leaves
- 1 cup Cream
- 2 cup Full cream milk
- 8 Eggs
- 400 grams Goats cheese
- Preheat oven to 180F.
- Soften finely sliced onion, garlic and butte in pan.
- Add mushrooms and herbs.
- Arrange in pie dish with cheese.
- Whisk together cream, milk and eggs.
- Season to taste and pour over ingredients.
- Bake 40 minutes.
