Slow-Cooker Market-Fresh Pot Roast

  1. Place all ingredients except parsley in slow cooker; cover with lid.
  2. Cook on LOW 8 to 9 hours (or on HIGH 6 to 7 hours).
  3. Transfer meat to cutting board; cut across the grain into thin slices.
  4. Place on platter; surround with vegetables.
  5. Skim fat from sauce; discard fat.
  6. Drizzle sauce over meat and vegetables.
  7. Top with parsley.
