Coffee Cream Frosting
- 3 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 3 tablespoons hot water
- 12 teaspoon instant coffee
- 2 (2 ounce) envelopes Choco-bake
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- Combine the cream cheese, hot water, coffee and Choco-Bake blending well.
- Add salt and the powdered sugar gradually and whip till light and fluffy.
- Fills and frosts two 8 inch cake layers or one 9x13 inch cake.
