Smothered Pork Chops

• 6 bone-in pork chops (5 oz. each), 1/2 inch thick Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
• 1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Original Pork Seasoned Coating Mix
• 2 large onions, sliced
• 1 Tbsp. oil
• 1 jar (12 oz.) pork gravy

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Coat chops with coating mix as directed on package; place in 13x9-inch pan.
3. Toss onions with oil; place over chops.
4. Bake 30 min.
5. Top with gravy; cover.
6. Bake 15 min.
7. or until chops are done (160 degrees F).
