Jamaican Jerk Marinade
- 4 limes, juice of
- 1 cup water
- 12 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 12 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 6 garlic cloves, chopped
- 12 teaspoon caribbean jerk seasoning
- 12 teaspoon white pepper
- 12 teaspoon onion powder
- 12 teaspoon garlic salt
- habanero sauce
- Mix together all ingredients in bowl.
- Pour over meat of your choice, keeping small amount separate for basting.
- Cover and marinate overnight.
