Mexican Chip Dip Recipe
- 1 pound hamburger, brown and drain
- 1 pound American cheese
- 2 sm. cans minced green chilies
- 1 can El Paso enchilada sauce, warm or possibly mild
- Heat all ingredients till cheese is completely melted.
- Stores well in refrigerator.
- Serve with corn chips or possibly Doritos.
- Put in fancy jar or possibly bowl and give as a hostess gift.
