Apricot-Oatmeal Bars

  1. Combine the flours, salt, soda and cinnamon.
  2. Mix egg, brown sugar, yogurt, water, molasses and oil. Stir into flour mixture. Mix well.
  3. Stir in oats, apricots and raisins.
  4. Spread in a Pam sprayed 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  5. Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
  6. Cool.
