Slow-Cooked Classic Amber Pulled Pork

  1. I dont have a very large crock pot, so I always slice the pork tenderloin into 4-5 thick pieces just so it will fit better.
  2. Put sliced pork tenderloin into crock pot.
  3. Pour in 1 bottle of Leinenkugels Classic Amber.
  4. Use empty beer bottle to crack peeled garlic cloves open and toss them in.
  5. Cook on high for 4 hours.
  6. Remove pork and place onto a cutting board.
  7. Discard garlic.
  8. Discard almost all of the beer, I leave about 1 1/2 inches in my 1/4 Quart crock pot.
  9. Shred pork and throw it back into the crock pot and pour in almost a whole bottle of Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce.
  10. I let it heat through before I serve it.
