Eli's Grilled Bread
- 1 boule, thickly sliced
- Flavoured olive oil, store bought or homemade
- 2 to 4 whole garlic cloves, cooked in olive oil
- Prepare a charcoal grill with hot coals or heat a gas grill.
- Brush both sides of the slices of bread with flavoured olive oil and grill on both sides until brown.
- Rub one side of the grilled bread with a garlic clove.
- A viewer or guest of the show, who may not be a professional cook, provided this recipe.
