Blue Cheese-Sundried Tomato Burger

  1. For each serving: Season 1 patty with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min.
  3. on each side or to medium (160 degrees F), or desired doneness.
  4. Top with 1 Tbsp.
  5. cheese.
  6. Grill an additional 30 sec.
  7. or until cheese is softened.
  8. Spread cut sides of 1 of the rolls with 2 Tbsp.
  9. tomato sauce.
  10. Place burger on bottom half of roll; top with 1/2 oz.
  11. onions, 2 tomato slices and 1 lettuce leaf.
  12. Cover with top of roll.
