Chocolate & Coconut Coffee Cake

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Heat oil and chocolate in 8-inch square nonstick pan in oven 2 min.
  3. Stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is blended.
  4. Add coffee, sugar, egg, flour and baking soda; stir until blended.
  5. Reserve 2 Tbsp.
  6. each coconut and nuts.
  7. Add remaining coconut and nuts to batter; mix well.
  8. Sprinkle with reserved coconut and nuts.
  9. Bake 30 min.
  10. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  11. Cool on wire rack.
